StoryBowls™ Are Here!!
StoryBowls™ are about journaling or telling your story. They are 3 dimensional journals! The StoryBowl™ workshop teaches the StoryBowl™ process using music, poetry, journaling, ritual and fun to create a set of 5 nesting bowls. Each bowl holds a different part of your story. When you leave you have a beautiful container to hold your story and a new way to express yourself.

STORYBOWLS™ FACILITATOR TRAINING COMING!!
Become a StoryBowls™ facilitator and begin using the process with your groups, classes, friends, etc. The process is being used by teachers, social workers, therapists, in women's groups, to name a few. Learn ways the StoryBowls™ process can be used!
Becoming a facilitator gives you the ability to use the StoryBowls™ process and to become a member of the StoryBowls™ community with access to the StoryBowls™ private facebook page where we share all the ways we are using the process and tell our stories of creating.
